IntroductionThe Dosage Delivery System is installed into the vessel cover and allows for automatic introduction ofthe dosage form (tablet, capsule, sinker, etc.) into the vessel.
Simultaneous sample delivery into non-stirring paddle (stand-alone Evolution 6100/6300,2100C and non-Distek dissolution baths).Automated options using the instrument programmed methods (Evolution series only).Option to manually introduce the sample by simply pushing the drop dosage push buttonswitch.Modularity allows the customer to specify the number of positions (1 to 8) desired, allowingthe flexibility for users to scale up the dissolution unit to meet their needs.Flexible enough to work with non-Distek dissolution instruments.

3 Install the vessel covers intended for the dosage delivery modules. Position the vessel coversso that the hinge on the cover sits behind the shafts and the cover sits squarely on the vessels.
4 Loosen the two front feet that holds the water bath in place. Push down the water bath slightlyto partially separate it from the vessel plate.
Bath front support feet location
5 Install the two bath wiring bracket clips by sliding them on the lip of the water bath as shown. Locate the bath clips approximately in between the front four vessel positions (between vessels2 and 3, 4 and 5). Tighten the water bath support feet so that the bath creates a tight sealagainst the vessel plate. DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN THE BATH.

Cable harness routing
Make sure that the module cables have enough slack for the end-user toinstall or remove the dosage delivery modules.Manage the cable of the tablet dropper so that it does not touch thestirring shafts.
8 Connect the plugs of the modules to the dosage delivery connector.
9 Connect the serial cable to the Evolution 6300 RS-232 serial port.
10 Connect the power supply to the appropriate AC outlet.
