Double Rotary Head Strength Multifunctional Drilling Rig

SUNWARD SWSD Double Rotary Head Strength Multifunctional Drill is one

kind of new product with independent intellectual property rights. It is a new

update of international advanced technology whose core technology has been

granted the national invention patent license.

SUNWARD SWSD Double Rotary Head Strength Multifunctional Drill is

composed by double rotary heads, pile driver with high-stability, advanced

hydraulic electrical control system and tools set including casing tube, drilling

auger and DTH hammer. SUNWARD rig is designed for multi-functional

construction, especially for high efficient drilling in complex stratum condition

with gravel and hard rock. The drilling rig provide high pile quality, high vertical

precision and less mud contamination. SUNWARD rig solved the technical

problems in large diameter pile foundation drilling in rock, overcame the

environmental pollution of the bentonite. It is one kind of environment-friendly

piling machinery with new technology, which not only complies with the national

policy for the energy saving and emission reduction, but also has good

economic, social benefits and international market promotion prospects.

Applicable Piles: bored pile, occlusive pile, steel-pipe pile, steel pipe composite

pile, pumping bored pile, CFG pile, CFA drilling, internal drill pressing pipe pile,

treatment for discarded pile foundation etc.

Applicable stratum: All kinds of soil layers，sand seam, gravel layer, boulder

layer and all rock layers etc.

SWSDIntroduction

Full hydraulic drives double rotary heads; Constant power variable; Large torque output.

Rotary head driven by full hydraulic has the power function of constant power variable. Rev can

be adjusted automatically under different load. Large torque, high overload capacity. The

measurement is smaller and weight is lighter than electric rotary head, better work stability.

Base on the construction process, inner and outer rotary head can separate upward and

downward respectively, relative motion, anti-clockwise rotation to drive inner auger, DTH

hammer and outer casing tube. It can be suit for many construction methods.

Chassis with high stabilityHigh stability and independent innovation crawler chassis ensures pile driver's reliable stability

in structure, which is much better than crane chassis.

Two sides crawler can extend and retract freely controlled by hydraulic cylinder. Under

transportation width≤ 3300mm, crawler can be extended to 5000mm in work, which has the

highest stability in the market.

Large diameter high strength mast, hinged three- points supporting.

φ920mm large diameter high strength mast and Hinged 3-point supporting combined with lower

cross axle and upper double-bevel sustainer can helps to tilt mast back-and-forward direction,

left-and-right direction according to job site condition and construction application requirement ,

therefore make sure its stability and flexibility when works with heavy-duty attachment.

Max. Lifting force is 80tons which is the highest level in the worldwide market.

Cylinders in the bottom of mast and and double-bevel sustainer can provide easy direction

control,verticality for simplified operation and high vertically precision.

stably and correctly, which ensures machine high precision work.

Apply low speed micro-setting devices to control main and auxiliary winch speed, accurate micro-setting for drilling speed by

simple knob operation. It can complete rock drilling and high precision work in special construction method.

Pre-set the infinitive speed adjusting device for work device rev setting, use knob for adjusting easily.

Main operation joysticks set in cab seat two sides, other handles are all in the control panel, and there are compact layout and

convenient control.

Double engines, two pump groups, full hydraulic drives whole machine.

Global initiate developing of double engines drive two pump groups and supply high power to make double rotary heads work,

which can suit the on-side work under no industry power supply.

Two sets engines drive two sets hydraulic pump groups, two sets independent power system are standby each other, which can

advance whole machine reliability and emergency ability. The design can confluent and output power, meanwhile it also can

work separately according to real load, high efficiency and save energy.

Engine is using international famous brand product, electric control, turbo-charge, intercooled, lower emission, save energy,

low noise, and environment protection. Engine and hydraulic is constant power match to maximize whole machine work

efficiency.

Single engine pump set is available on request.

Auger + casing tube + DTH hammer : New type combined drill tool.

Auger and outer casing tube works simultaneously in drilling. The casing protect drill hole all the way during drilling and the auger

discharge soil continuously while drilling rigidly, fast and precisely. It is suitable for construction in all kinds of complicated

geologic condition by many construction methods.

Excepting above mentioned combined drill tool, it can also drill with DTH hammer and air compressor to drill the complicated hard

rock condition with high efficiency.

Electric double speed rotary head or electric conversion infinitive speed change rotary head is available on request.

Electric double speed rotary head is using special double speed motor, speed change conveniently. Rotary head has the same

power under different rev, large output torque, and high overload capacity. Max torque force multiple and blocking torque force

multiple are both over 3 times than rated value.

Electric conversion infinitive speed change rotary head can adjust rotary head rev at any time according to detail geology

condition, work easily and flexibly.

In the construction of precast pipe pile, excepting hammering and

pressing methods, internal drill and embedded pile construction

are more and more popular. It adopts the technical function of

SWSD double rotary head, equipped with comparable drill tools, to

complete vibration-free and efficient precast pipe pile construction

by using internal drill and embedded pile methods.

construct steel-pipe pile with concrete without
