Congratulations to dispatcher Sam Bowles for being chosen as this year’s “Telecommunicator of the Year”. He was nominated by his peers for going above and beyond with the implementation of the new Zuercher CAD system. He was instrumental with training co-workers, as well as configuring the system to work better for the dis-patchers and the responder agen-cies. Good job Sam!
