REAL ESTATE TRANSACTIONS
Upon completion of this self-study course, students should be able to understand the broad concepts of real estate and be prepared to complete the Illinois Salesman’s License Exam successfully. Under new laws in effect as of April 2011 all real estate
salespersons are now called Brokers and owners are referred to as Managing Brokers. 15 hours of classroom time are mandatory for the post education study. This class will prepare you for State testing for your Broker’s licensure for real estate sales.
Participants should be able to understand most of the various segments of the real estate industry – for example, Illinois License laws, financing, real estate brokerage,

Midwest Paralegal Study Program, in partnership with Richland Community College, is offering a 12-month Paralegal certificate of completion.
The five-class generalist and entry-level program gives a comprehensive overview of paralegal roles and responsibilities. Recommended for people with a minimum of a high school
diploma/GED or for those in the legal profession seeking advancement. If you elect to take individual classes instead of the complete 5
course program, you will not receive a program certificate of completion.
