QUARTER CONFERENCE OF SECONDARY ARATING PANTIPUNAN (AP} WRITERS
: PUBLIC SCHOOLS DISTRICT SUPERVISORS (PSDS)/OIC-PSDSs
ELEMENTARY & SECONDARY SCHOOL HEADS,
AND ALt OTHER CONCERNED:
Please be informed that there will be a conference for all AP Secondary Araling Panlipunan
(AP) Writers on May 30, 2019 at BPSTEA Building, Tamblot Street, Tagbilaran City. The purpose
of this conference is to consolidate all AP Daily Lesson Plan (DLP) from Grade 7 to Grade 10
(1't to 4th Quarter). lf these lesson plans are not yet completed all writers are encouraged towrite their assigned competencies in each quarter.
Participants to this conference are all DLP Writers who attended during the Workshop on the
Development of Secondary.Contextualized Lesson Plan last November L4-L6,2018 (Refer tothe attached list). You are encouraged to bring also their own lap top, extension wire, copy oftheir assigned DLPs, and Curriculum Guide.
3. Secondary Principals who are assigned to a Grade Level to critic the AP DLPs are requested tomake a follow-up to their respective grade level members to ensure that all DLPs will be
available during the conference.
4. A corresponding service credit shall be granted to all teachers who shall attend in this activity.
5. A registration of three hundred fifty pesos (Php 350.00) will be collected to defray the
expenses for 2 snacks, lunch and venue. Registration, traveling and all related expenses shall
be charged to Division/School/ MOOE subject to auditing rules and regulations.
6. This will serve as your TRAVEL ORDER.
