(1) the disbursement of escrowed funds heretofore deposited with the Board's Escrow Agent,attributable to Tracts 1E, 1F, & 1J, as depicted upon the annexed table; and (2) authorization tobegin paying royalties directly to the parties to the prevailing plaintiffs; Paul Eugene Richardson,Shelby Ruth Richardson, & Loretta Mae Richardson; authorization to begin paying royaltiesdirectly to the parties to the royalty split between Swords Creek Land Partnership & Kimberly A.White, Randall Wayne White, Jr., Laura Katherine White, Jeremy Russell White, and JoannRichardson.

Paul Eugene Richardson, Shelby Ruth Richardson, & Loretta Mae Richardson is entitled to 100'/0of the CBM royalties awarded under Case No. CL11-321, Opinion dated February 11,2015.
Said decision allows the Applicant and Designated Operator to pay royalties directly to thepersons identified in Exhibit EE annexed hereto and the annexed Table, further, specifies howsaid royalties are to be paid.Swords Creek Land Partnership & Kimberly A. White, Randall Wayne White, Jr., Laura KatherineWhite, Jeremy Russell White, and Joann Richardson have entered into royalty split agreement(s).Said royalty split agreement allows the Applicant and Designated Operator to pay royaltiesdirectly to the persons identified in Exhibit EE annexed hereto and the annexed Table, further,specifies how said royalties are to be divided and paid.

and is therefore entitled to all royalties relating to the production thereof;
WHEREFORE, it is therefore ADJUDGED AND ORDERED that the Plaintiffs, Paul
P'chardson Mae Pdchardson and Ruth Richardson, are the owners of the coal-bed methane gas at
issue in this action and are entitled to all royalties relating to the extraction of coal-bed methane gas
by Swords Creek Land Partnership, et al.
All other claims asserted by either party against the other are denied, any motions pending
before the Court are denied as moot, and this action is dismissed with prejudice to the Plaintiffsand
Page Number 25.
Defendant, Swords Creek Land Partnership, et al, as to any such other claims and made part of this
Final Order.
The Clerk is directed to forward a certified copy of the foregoing to all counsel of record, to
remove this matter from the active docket of this Court and the place the same among the ended
actions before this Court.
