Notice is hereby given to all parties in interest, and citizens of the City of
Oxford, Mississippi, that Ed & Molly Meisenheimer has filed an application for a
variance located at 912 University Avenue, Oxford, Mississippi. Section 500 &
510 of Appendix A, Zoning, of the Code of Ordinances. A public hearing
regarding said application will be held at 5:00 p.m., in the courtroom of the Oxford
City Hall on August 9, 2004. Any person interested in said application may appear
in person or agent. Written comments regarding said application will be received
