SunPass customers may use their transponder in
any vehicle. It is recommended that customers keep
their account updated by removing vehicle(s) they no
longer wish to enroll for use with their transponder.
This tutorial will assist you with understanding how to:
Remove a vehicle
*The SunPass Mini cannot be moved from car to car and will not work if it is removed from the windshield.

In order to remove a vehicle, you must first login to your
account at SunPass.com with your Account or Transponder
number or Username and PIN.

Login to your SunPass account
To remove a vehicle from your pre-paid account, click the
Vehicles tab. (Or, you may click the Modify button in the Vehicles
section of your Dashboard. Either option will take you to the same screen.)

Or, click the Modify button
On the “Vehicle(s) Information” screen, locate the vehicle
you wish to remove and click Modify This Vehicle.

Or, to remove the vehicle effective a future date/time,
manually enter the future date/time. Then, click Save Changes.

You will get a confirmation message. You may click
Return to Update Vehicles to view your list of active vehicles.

Click Return to Update Vehicles
Your list of active vehicles is immediately updated and
will no longer show the vehicle you just removed.

Or, if you entered a future End Date/Time, the vehicle
will continue to show in your list of active vehicles until the
enrollment ends at the specified date/time.
