DIRECTIONS

Preheatovento350degreesF(ovenracksettolowestbottomposition).Greasean8x8-inchsquarebakingdish.Inthebakingdishmeltthebutterinsidetheoven.REMOVEfromoven;sprinklethecrackercrumbsinthemeltedbutter,stirwell;pressonthebottomofthebakingdishtoFORMacrust.Bakethegrahamcrustina350degreeovenfor7minutes;removeandsetaside.Inamediumbowl,mixtogetherthesweetenedcondensedmilk,sourcreamandlemonjuice.Spreadevenlyoverthecrumb/crust.Spoonthepiefillingevenlyoverthecreamlayer(don'tworryifitsinksabit,itwillallbaketogether).Bakeonlowestovenrackfor25-30minutes,oruntilset(don'toverbake).Servewarmorchillovernight(thiswillfirmupanddevelopinflavorifleftintherefrigeratorovernight).
