The system contains payroll formulas which
are preset specifically following on Vietnam
Labor Code. All employee information is
stored in a great level of details and
appropriate for Vietnamese personnel
database to support generating reports and
information management.
Integration between SAP HCM and the other
SAP ERP modules helps the result be updated
in real time accurately.
Payroll is integrated with Personnel
Administration, Time Management to use
master data, time data, and other payroll
relevant data to automatically calculate
salaries and payment amounts during the
payroll run. Further, an interface is
provided, which supports importing results
from external payroll system into the SAP
HCM Payroll system for tracking, reporting
and also posting to accounting.
After payroll results have been generated,
various subsequent activities can be carried
out, such as posting to accounting, sending
salary pay-slip to employees, submitting the
legal reports, result evaluation via
customized reports, etc.
The integration between SAP HCM and
Financial Accounting module make full
compliance with Vietnam Accounting
Standard possible. Posting payroll results
