How is Training Assigned?
Training requirements can be assigned to users in 3 ways. The targeting
of these training requirements are based on StaffLink User, Position and
Organisational data. This ensures that right staff are doing the right
training at the right time.
The 3 methods of assignment are:
• Mandatory (Red Flag): Training requirements that are assigned as
part of the State-wide Mandatory Training Policy.
• CE Directive (Blue Flag): Training requirements that are assigned as
part of a local CE Directive.
• Assigned (Orange Pin): Training requirements that are assigned
locally by direction of a manager.
