EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
MISSION STATEMENT
The GPS 10, represents the unity of Girl Power, by cooperatively
providing valuable information to create a vision with world changing impact.To collectively present the elite, and inherent professional abilities of our
consortium as an example of our network, dedication, and faith, building thefoundation of the future, directing the past to a new beginning
GOALSThe ultimate goal of the GPS 10 Tour is to provide our sponsors
optimal visibility, with the likes of A-List, B-List and some C-List clients;create leverage through cross promotion, and increase brand strength in the
markets for which the event(s) will be presented. The difference in thisgifting /style suite is that our main focus will be directed to the womensurrounding the events. Below is an overview of what steps we will take to
accomplish this goal
1. We will reach out to various Sports Agents, Publicist, Labels and
Managers to invite the Industry play makers to each event
2. In addition to procuring sponsors and securing the Clients for theevent, regional and nationwide media outlets will be invited to
cover the event/highlight the sponsors at each event.

GPS10 Super Gifting Suite Experience2010 Super Bowl
The Girls Power Summit Tour 2010, known as the GPS 10, is kicking off 2010 with
a bang; dedicated to giving high quality, tailor-made service to our clients. GPS10
is well known for integrating the Entertainment and Non-Profit industries together
and creating a unique and memorable high-profile event that maximize our clients
marketing efforts. The first leg of the tour will debut on February 4, 2010, in Miami,
FL. The concept of the event was created as a Women empowerment summit to
showcase events, gifting suites, and to create partnerships with advanced
opportunities between Industry women. The GPS 10 tour consists of 10
nationwide dates based on predetermined A-list events. Other participating cities
include: Dallas, New York, Los Angeles, Atlanta, Miami, Las Vegas, and Cleveland.
On February 4, 2010 we will be hosting our first GPS 10 event for The Super Bowl
weekend, in Miami, FL. This gifting suite event is sure to cater to NFL players,
Industry Taste Makers, and A-listers based on limited availability. Our target
market includes music, fashion, film and sports associates. However, if you cant
join us for this event; no worries because GPS10 will be featured in an Owners
Illustrated magazine that will be distributed throughout each visiting city, per event
as well as nationwide. Each issue will showcase our background on the GPS 10organizers, previous events, sponsored advertisements, lifestyle, a Stop the
Violence section, Tour map, and GPS recommendations in each city. We expect
nationwide coverage from various press/media outlets, which will cover the GPS10
tour.
GPS10 has the unique ability to provide High Quality Gift bags at an Extremely Low

THE OPERATION:How the GPS Tour Works:
Any one that has used a Navigational System knows that it tells you where
you are going, but it also lets you know where you have been so that you
can get back. The Girl Power Summit has taken this tool and implemented it
into the way that they work and operate their events. Each event will
highlight two things where we have been and where we are going. Meaning
if you partner with the GPS Tour for the Super Bowl Gifting, you will partner
with us throughout the whole tour, at each venue we will have our GPS 10
Tour Special Edition Magazine that will highlight the current event, all future
events and the past events, it will have information on the current sponsor
but there will also be a section to highlight the past sponsors.
In addition to the fun and the festivities, the Girl Power Summit is about
unity and helping and giving back, and will honor two key players at each
event, One Honoree will be from the world of Music and the other will be a
pioneer in their field but the main goal is to honor people who understand
the GPS Concept and that is to Reach one and Teach one.

THE LOCATION2010 Super BowlMiami will be the host for the 2010 Super Bowl, Miami is one of the
country's most important financial centers. It is a major center of commerce,

community. According to the ranking of world cities undertaken by the

Imperial Entertainment
Jocovi Lindsey was always ambitious and had a love for business. Growing up he also found
a love for music, which ended up being the catalyst for his choice of life direction.
Combining his love for business and music he started Imperial Entertainment. Thru Imperial
Entertainment he recorded and released Trapped in the City with his group TheStormtrooperz, which he formed with his brother and cousin. Their single Rains Fallin off
the album hit the top of two Billboard charts: Hip-Hop/R&B single sales and Top 200 HotTracks and stayed both for 12 weeks. The Stormtrooperz have won 16 awards, performed
with numerous high profile celebrities, and had their music placed in a motion picture.
Proud of all his accomplishments thus far Jocovi is determined to do more. The more I
do, the more I make it clear for the youth where Im from that its possible to make yourdreams come true if you stay focused and work hard. True to his love for his hometown
and the youth, Jocovi formed Project Inspiration a non-profit organization that helps theyouth tap into, polish, and use their music talents to stay out of trouble and shape their
future. He also worked with the city of Vineland, New Jerseys Improvement Committeewhere he organized and presented the youth oriented event the City Pride Concert,
geared to give the area youth a chance to showcase their talents on stage with a celebrityhelping to build their resume and confidence.
Most recently Jocovi has been in Los Angeles working on T.V. and film production. Hehas worked on several commercials for consumer product companies (FORD, LEXUS, CAN-
AM, POPS CEREAL, etc.), three T.V. shows (CELEBRETY RAP SUPERSTAR, MISS RAPSUPREEM, SEAN JOHN PHOTO DOC.) , and a movie (HOTEL FOR DOGS). The Stormtrooperz

Coordinator, and Booking of the stars. We started out doing personal assistant for the every
day people, 5 years ago. In this short time we have a celebrity client list as well as the

Tia T. Jakes, is often described as a modern Renaissance Woman, was born and raised in
Buffalo, New York, is the youngest child of 9 siblings. She inherited a passion for the arts,
theatre, music and entertainment from the diversity of interests her 8 brothers and sisters.
She began to pursue these passions at an early age; immersing herself into the arts with
dance classes, music lessons, and acting classes. She attended Clark Atlanta University and
studied Communications, then completed her Bachelors at The State University of New Yorkat Buffalo, with a degree in Art History.
Upon graduating from UB, Tias brother Van Jakes, who had recently retired from the NFL,
purchased 7 McDonalds Restaurants in the greater Atlanta area. He called upon Tia to help
him oversee the day to day logistics of this Franchise. Tia has been the Director of
Operations for this family owned and operated Franchise since 1996. In this position, she is
responsible for the strategic logistics of the company. Tia manages the office of Jake 22

management, and administrative functions of this multi-million dollar business. She has
helped to establish goals and devise the policies, and procedures for achieving these goals.
She oversees the training, performance appraisal, wage reviews, and motivation of all
restaurant employees, she additionally developed and implemented the Crew and
Management Training Programs, she works to improve teamwork by reviewing the
processes of recruitment and retention of the restaurant staffs.
Tia has always sought ways to feed her creative side, by creating Local Store Marketing
events at Jake 22 Mgt. Co. Restaurants, and volunteering to work on McDonalds events,
she has always worked directly with the Advertising and Marketing agencies that have
serviced the Greater Atlanta Metropolitan Area McDonalds. She has worked on innumerous
sporting events, concert series, and sampling events that McDonalds has sponsored. In
2005, Tia founded TwoSquared Entertainment, a savvy boutique sized company that
specializes in Personal Management, Brand Development, Project Development, Public
Relations, and Event Planning. She has had the privilege to represent Multi-Grammy award
winning artists, professional athletes, authors, DJs, celebrity make-up artists and many
independent artists.
Tia is also very passionate about serving the community and serves on the Board of
Directors for several non-profit organizations, including, A Driven Purpose, S.O.T., Honey
Cocoa Brown and The Bright Star Youth Program. She has been Partner In Education with
several schools in Fulton and DeKalb County, and works tirelessly with a plethora of
community youth organizations and Book Clubs. Tia has functioned as the Events
Coordinator for The Black McDonalds Operators Association (BMOA) Wheels of Dreams
Youth Foundation Celebrity Golf Fundraiser for 7 years. She is also an Advisory Board
Member for Connect Magazine and serves as Connect Magazines Director of Events. Tia isoften quoted, To whom much is given, much is required. She truly believes that like our
ancestors who built many bridges for us to cross, that it is her duty to Lift as we climb.
