IMPROVEMENTS
Pool
New contract to include adding a maintenance person to clear debris in the mornings, pool shifts have been changed slightly but open hours will remain the same.
Purchased the salt chlorine generator.
Purchased a power vacuum for the pool and approved an acid wash to be done in the spring.

occupied. – Bold Building is at its highest
occupancy ever!
An additional commercial building will likely be
completed in 2015 with retail on the first floor and
office on the second floor.
Please support the current businesses, if you want
more retail occupants!
A vibrant, healthy central business district is
attractive to residential buyers.

Parks and Improvements Loan was paid in full 2.3.14. Final payment was $31,968. Original note was $400k in 2006.
Neighborhood Enhancement program balances have a 1 year expiration. However, the board may extend expiration of these funds if a neighborhood has a plan for the funds and is making progress towards completion.
Neighborhood Enhancement total balance = $63,234.
Cash reserve balance ~$270k v. $378k reserve study goal @ end of 2014.
