Kevin Williams is currently in his 37th year atWOBM radio and holds positions on and off
the air for Townsquare Media including Director of theShore Sports Network..
To listeners and the public he is best known for his work on the air. Kevin is a nine-time winner of theNew Jersey Sportscaster of the Year Award (National Sportscasters and Sportswriters Association) and hispopular daily commentary “The Hometown View” has been honored four times by the New JerseyBroadcasters Association for “Best Public Service” and airs weekday mornings on both 92.7 WOBM FMand News Talk Radio WOBM 1160/1310AM.
Kevin is in charge of the award-winning team that broadcasts live high school football and basketballgames on the Shore Sports Network’s 1160/1310AM in addition to a weekly High School Football Showin the fall. He also helps manage the popular web site www.shoresportsnetwork.com and the bi-monthlyShore Sports Network Journal and broadcasts morning sports reports on 105.7 The Hawk. Kevin is alsothe founder and director of the WOBM Christmas Classic, a 32-team high school basketball tournament atthe Pine Belt Arena which he and the radio station have run since 1984.
A member of the Central Regional Athletic Hall of Fame, the Jersey Shore Sports Hall of Fame, ShoreFootball Coaches Foundation Hall of Fame and the Region 6 Wrestling Hall of Fame, he has also receivedthe Distinguished Alumni Award from Central Regional High School, the Ocean County CollegeDistinguished Alumni Award and an honoree degree from OCC. He was inducted into the New JerseyBroadcasters Association Hall of Fame in 2015 and has been honored by numerous organizations for hischaritable efforts and professional accomplishments, including the Ocean County Girl Scouts, Lions ClubInternational and the Caregiver Volunteers of Central Jersey. Kevin is a past Chairman of the Toms River-Ocean County Chamber of Commerce and is involved in the Toms River Student Loan Fund, Big BrothersBig Sisters of Ocean County, Beachwood Soccer Club and Beachwood Municipal Alliance…he wasnamed Beachwood Citizen of the Year in 2011-12,
His wife Jane is a retired guidance counselor and they have two children (Brandon and Alexandra) whoare both graduates of Penn State University and work in New York City.

H. Rusty ToddOCEAN TOWNSHIP HIGH SCHOOL
Rusty Todd is completing his 27th year in education, and 14th as athletic director in the Ocean TownshipSchool District. Before becoming the athletic director he coached mens lacrosse at the collegiate level and
soccer, basketball and girls lacrosse at scholastic level.
Rusty’s time at Ocean saw him very involved in the Shore Conference of High Schools and the New Jersey Interscholastic AthleticAssociation. His involvement in the Shore Conference includes serving on the Officials Committee, Constitution and Rules RevisionCommittee, Girls Lacrosse Tournament Director, Divisional Vice-President, President-elect, and is currently finishing his term aspresident. He has also served on the NJSIAA League and Conference Officers Committee, and the statewide Officials Committee.
A graduate of Kean University where he played 4 years of lacrosse, he also earned his M.A. in Special Education and M.A. inEducational Administration from the same university. He and his wife Lori live in Ocean Township and have two

Joseph ArminioTOMS RIVER REGIONAL SCHOOLS
Joe is a graduate of Toms River High School South and has spent his entire career in education working in the TomsRiver Regional School District. Most of that time was at High School East where he started as a teacher and duringhis time there was the head football and girl’s basketball coach and also an assistant baseball coach.
Joe was the Athletic Director at East from 2002-2006 before becoming an Assistant Principal and in 2009 he was named District AthleticDirector, a position he currently holds today. As part of that Joe works closely with the NJSIAA on the many championship events held at thePine Belt Arena, Bennett Indoor Complex and outdoor venues in Toms River.
Joe is Vice President of the Shore Conference of High Schools and will take over as president in July. He is a member of the Ocean CountyCollege Hall of Fame Committee and has also served on the committee for the Jersey Shore Sports Hall of Fame. Among the honors he hasreceived is the Jim Sullivan Award from the Shore Board #194 of the International Association of Approved Basketball Officials (IAABO) forhis contributions to the game.
A graduate of Thomas Edison University he earned M.A. in Educational Administration from the University of Scranton. He and his wife Ginalive in Toms River and have three children, Joey (32), Vinnie (23) and Skylar (18).
