2016 will be the year that employers and providers embrace that employees want a personalized wellbeing experience. We will see a move from "one size fits most" to offering a variety of programs that are tailored to the unique needs, wants and dreams of individual employees.

Their approach will extend beyond physical health, with particular emphasis on financial wellbeing: the ability to confidently manage one’s financial life today, while preparing for the future and anything unexpected along the way.
