FLUINAMICS is an european based company specialized in water treatment and energy. Although we are a very young company, we all have long time experience in the world of water treatment and energy services.
We design and develop solutions for water filtration, desalination and in general water purification or adaptation, based specially on reverse osmosis technology.

FLUINAMICS FLUVAC series are single-stage freshwater generator with a
capacity up to 35 t/d, for marine,offshore & onshore applications. consists of a
chamber with two titanium plate packs acting as an evaporator and a condenser
respectively.
A vacuum of 85-95% is maintained in the system by a brine/air ejector.
Seawater evaporates at a temperature of approximately 40°C due to the
vacuum condition as it passes between the plates of evaporator heated by hot
fresh water from the engine jacket cooling system, or by steam.

FLUINAMICS FLUHYD series are designed to store sea water and supply
it at a pressure of 6 bars to all of the intakes at different points in the vessel
that use this service.
A galvanized or stainless steel shell capable of supporting more than the
operating pressure (the tank has been tested to 9 bars).
Two electrically powered pumps, controlled by pressure switches, used for
pressurizing the tank with water from the storage tanks. The pumps will be
supplied with the isolating valves and instrumentation required.
Pressure vessels, circulation pumps and other equipment can be provided
separately or as complete, ready-mounted unit with control cabinet piping
and valves.
An electric control panel containing the module’s power supply, protection
and controls. Control panel includes starters for the motors (DOL), relays,
timers, etc... for the correct operation of the equipment.
The following signals will be given to the central control system by means
of tension free relay contacts:
• RUNNING/STOP INDICATION FOR PUMP Nº1 AND Nº2
• FAILURE PUMP Nº 1 AND Nº2
• GENERAL FAILURE ALARM
• LOW PRESSURE ALARM
The equipment is fitted with a calibrated safety valve.

FLUINAMICS FLUSTP sewage treatment plant series are a cost-effective
and compact sized treatment plant. These plant can be installed in all ocean-
going vessels, accomadting 10 or more people.
Our system maintain the quality of the world’s oceans complying with regula-
tions since has been designed to meet the new IMO MEPC 227(64) effluent
quality standards, which introduce a dilution compensation factor and desig-
nate the Baltic Sea as a “Special Area”.
Our plants are compatible with gravity and vacuum collection systems
and use the activated sludge system, which accelerates natural biological
processes. Chemical chlorination and UV disinfection reduce the residual
chlorine in the treated water, producing a clean, safe, effluent suitable for
discharging overboard.
