EO SYDNEY – UNIVERSITY 2018 PRELIMINARY SUBMISSION Introduction EO Sydney proposes our University will be held in September or March of 2018. We have identified two properties that are capable of holding a global event in the 450‐600 delegate and 700+ delegate categories.

The Presidential suite features 2 rooms and can take up 20 delegates seated theatre style
Catering ‐ Michael Mousseau Head Chef
The talented chef has worked across Canada and the US in five‐star hotels and restaurants including the FairmontChateau Whistler, the exclusive Terminal City Club in Vancouver, Four Seasons Hotel Vancouver and Four Seasons Resort Lanai. He also spent more than two years as chef on board the luxury private charter Motor Yacht Ohana, journeying throughout the Caribbean and Mediterranean.

Catering ‐ Steven Krasicki Head Chef
Steven Krasicki is one of Sydney's up and coming stars who joined Shangri‐La Hotel, Sydney's Altitude Restaurant in April 2007 as Chef de Cuisine. Formerly of Restaurant Balzac and Banc, Steven brings with him a wealth of experience to the kitchen on Level 36. He is an extremely talented chef responsible for introducing such culinary delights as the seven course Epi‐curious Menu to Altitude Restaurant. In 2010, Steven was awarded Chef of the Year at the 2010 Australian Hotels Association Awards of Excellence.
