Access ProgramObjectives
1. The Final Four Access Program is designed to provide localminority and women-owned businesses access to Final Fourprocurement opportunities.
2. To educate local businesses about the process, opportunitiesavailable and provide exposure to other procurementopportunities.
3. Educate and inform the host citys business community ofopportunities available to local M/WBEs during the Final Four.
4. Collaboration with local certifying agencies to identify qualifiedM/WBEs and ensure business opportunities are
communicated locally.

5. Promote realistic expectations amongst local business owners.(Participation in the program does not guarantee receipt of FinalFour contracts)
6. Utilize the NOLOC to serve as liaison between M/WBEs, the Final
Four and its affiliates.7. Provide guidance and education to the local business community on
Final Four bidding process and requirements.
8. Collaboration between the NCAA, NOLOC, NCAA affiliates, partnersand constituents to identify and pursue opportunities to increase
M/WBE business awards.9. Track, measure and evaluate Final Four Access Program spend and
impact in the host city.
