Environmental Monitoring Report - Coffs Harbour Hospital Extension 20th January - 26th January 2020
Please find attached noise, vibration and dust monitoring results for Coffs Harbour Hospital Extension project from the 20th of January to the 26th of January 2020. Monitoring results have not been assessed against any guidelines or criteria, monitoring has mainly been carried out as a baseline of current levels.
There were 3 active monitoring points during the reporting period, as follows:
• Mp 1 - Vibration monitoring at Work Site Crane Base • Mp 2 - Noise monitoring at Work Site Crane Base • Mp 3 - Dust monitoring at Work Site Crane Base
The position of the current monitoring points are shown in Figure 1 below.

Dust Monitoring Results
An Infra X20DM2 dust monitor is installed on the project, monitoring PM10, PM2.5, PM1 and TSP on 4 separate channels. The dust monitor channel settings are as follows:
Channel 1 - PM10 Channel 2 - PM2.5 Channel 3 - PM1 Channel 4 - TSP
The target for Dust NOS was set for PM10. The highest and lowest recording as well as the day average for PM10 is shown in table 3 below.
Dust monitoring was concluded on the 24 of January 2020 after 19 days of continuous monitoring. There were no exceedances of the daily average of 50 ug/m3(15min) of PM 10 for the whole monitoring period
