The communications requirement at the IBC and earmarked Stadiums for the FIFA 2010 World Cup matches can be broken up into (2) two groups:
Basic telecommunications infrastructure (WAN), andVenue distribution and access systems (LAN).
Strict rules apply to how the services should be provided, e.g.99.99% availability End-to-end service and performance management Dual homing
