Initially established in 2008 as a father son partnership, Summit’s home office is located in Ranger, Texas. Summit has established an additional offices in Clear Lake, Texas and Midland, Texas. Summit maintains registered status in Mexico City, Mexico and Alberta, Canada as well. Summit has grown from a simple staffing model to a full suite of employment strategy and payroll solutions.

The following principles govern our safety program: 1. Maximum protection for the worker. 2. Maximum protection and minimum inconvenience to the client. 3. Education of the individual worker on accident prevention.
Summit Staffing is committed to the constant improvement of worksite safety. Safety and environmental concerns occupy the highest priority with Summit's management. Summit is committed to creating an environment that ensures the safety of employees, customers, as well as the community.
Summit's strategy for creating and sustaining a safe work environment involves communicating Summit's Safety Policies, training the work force in safe practices, taking immediate remedial action when potentially unsafe actions or situations are recognized, as well as holding all employees accountable for conducting daily work in a safe manner.
Employees are responsible for following client and company risk, safety, and environmental programs, rules, policies, and procedures. Employees must participate in preventing unsafe conditions, acts, practices and injuries. Every employee shall immediately report any failure to comply with the standards to Summit management and client's management representative. As contractors co- employed they are expected to meet the same standards in addition to their own obligations. All personnel should regard themselves as members of a safety and environmentally aware company.

Staffing- Summit offers highly skilled technicians for all types of work in field services in addition to on site staffing for maintenance. Some of our technicians develop a long term relationship with our clients and eventually are hired in a temp-to-perm agreement. We are very proud of our staff and they are screened prior to employment regarding criminal background and drug use. We can place one hand to fill out existing crews, or several depending on client needs. Recruiting-We also offer a direct placement service for more permanent needs. HR Services-Summit can customize a program to meet your HR needs from developing a policies and procedure manual to providing onsite EEO and Sexual Harassment training. Payroll Services-Summit can offer a full suite of payroll services which include, intake, processing, direct deposit, and online pay records.
