Tyre Test System

Elastomer Testing System
SP-02-0610 BiSS servo-hydraulic test systems are used for developmental testing and quality assurance of elastomers including engine and transmission mounts, bushings and other rubberized components, used to suppress noise and vibration. These systems assess vibration response at frequencies ranging from 0 to 200 Hz, displacements ranging from 0.05 to 15 mm and forces ranging from 0 to 25 kN. Production test systems automatically test parts for damping response over specified amplitude and frequency.
Friction Stir Welding
BiSS friction stir welding test rigs feature high-stiffness; precision-aligned annular load frame with 5 axis movements and independently controlled servo-actuators using the advanced features of the 2370MS controller to provide translation and deformation control of each axis, these systems are ideal for welding aluminum sheets. • Suitable to weld steel, titanium, aluminum alloys and mix of thickness from 0.5mm to 65mm. • Vertical load capacity is 50kN with max. 3000RPM at constant torque. • 500mm stroke length in X and Y axis. • Wide range of options, straight, 3D contour, profile welding etc., Testing & Calibration
Load Cells
The tension-compression load cells are compact in design and are easily mounted on to the actuators, crossheads, platens and other test fixtures. The shear web load cells are relatively insensitive to side loads. These load cells are characterized by excellent linearity and seamless tension compression response with virtual absence of hysteresis. The load cells include circuitry for auto-calibration against internal shunt reference, thus obviating the need for on-site calibration during installation.
Servo-Hydraulic Actuators
The servo hydraulic actuators are designed for static and dynamic testing. They generate equal axial forces in tension and compression with excellent dynamic characteristics. Controlled displacements, loads, velocities are achieved with the use of appropriate servo valves, digital servo control, gauges, transducers and a high pressure hydraulic supply system.
Controllers There are two types of Controllers: Single Station as well as Multi Station. controllers are built around the latest that the electronics industry has to offer in terms of analog, digital and hybrid ICs. The controllers require a separate host computer and a PC running MS-Windows. All operations including system set up, calibration and tuning are performed from this computer. These solutions are available for a wide variety of applications, ranging from retrofit of aging test systems, through enhanced laboratory utomation and onto multichannel structural test systems as well as motion control systems including 6DOF shake tables.
Multi-Axis Shake Table
Multi-Axis shake table for durability and performance evaluation of automotive components and sub-assemblies. Digital control system for user friendly, repeatable and reproducible operation along with application software cover a wide range of testing requirements. Vibration inputs can be generated with up to six degrees of freedom (6DOF) either individually or collectively. The double ended, double acting, equal area servo actuators with swivel mounting on both ends isolate the piston rods from side loads and lateral accelerations. All actuators react vertically into the reaction mass and are coupled with suitable lever arms to transfer displacements to the table. The user friendly real-time software enforces any desired 6DOF table motion history at speeds restricted only by pump capacity.
Bi-Axial Test System
Biaxial Test Systems include a biaxial load frame four servo electric actuator assemblies with built-in digital position sensors, load cells and the BiSS 2360 multi-actuator control system. The Bi-00-501 is specially configured to test “cruciform” shaped thin sheet specimens with or without notches such as cracks under biaxial loading conditions. The control hardware and software are designed to enable continued retention of specimen center position even in the event of non-uniform displacement on any one of the four tabs. This, along with the capability for both in-phase and out-of-phase biaxial loading under static as well as low frequency cyclic conditions provide an ideal solution to the unique demands of testing thin films and sheets. The test system enables testing of specimens submerged in a bath at controlled temperature. Another option is the application of noncontact video extensometry.

The Preiser Scientific Ash Fusion System is designed to determine
ash cone deformation temperatures in coal and coke ash per ASTM
Standard D-1857 and ISO Standard 540 (CO/CO2 reducing

The Model PAF 2014 Dual is comprised of two furnaces, control tower,
and a user interface PC. An all-in-one style PC running Windows®
operating system accommodates both image collection and analysis
concurrently.
The control tower consists of the furnace temperature controller, over temperature protection, and video capture. Video and
furnace communications to the user PC are via a single USB interface transferring furnace command and query requests
along with live streaming video from furnace cameras.
The analysis software allows the user to manually review and generate reports of completed tests. An autosuggest
algorithm is available to pre-populate analysis for the laboratory technicians’ review and refinement. Test results, log files,
and instrument settings can be viewed within the program. These files can be directed to a printer, forwarded with built in
email, viewed on a shared drive, or accessed via a LIMS system. Instrument data storage allows the accumulation of
approximately of 5 years of test data and images. It is suggested that data archiving be scheduled on a 6-12 month basis
for heavy instrument usage, and longer intervals for lighter use.
