2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil½ tbsp of balsamic vinegar½ tbsp of raspberry vinegarJuice from a sliver of lemon or lime

Hard Lemonade1/2 cup granulated sugar2/3 cup filtered water2/3 cup vodka1/2 cup fresh lemon juice (2-3 medium lemons)1 1/3 cup sparkling water

Pour the Aperol into a tall glass over ice. Add the prosecco, soda water, and top with a slice of orange.
In a small pitcher, combine sugar, water, vodka, and lemon juice. Stir together. Top with sparkling water.
Mojito2 tablespoons fresh lime juice2 heaping teaspoons superfine sugar1 cup crushed ice12 fresh mint leaves, plus 5 small sprigs for garnish1/4 cup (2 ounces) white rum2 tablespoons (1 ounce) club soda
In a tall glass, muddle lime juice with sugar. Add the mint leaves, crushing them. Fill glass 2/3 with cracked ice then pour in the rum. Top off with club soda.
