ADULT PROBATION CONDITIONS
1. Intermittent Sentence Only
1. You must appear at the jail to serve your intermittent sentence on time, in a sober
condition, with a blood alcohol concentration of zero, and not under the influence of or in
possession of any controlled substance unless you are taking that controlled substance
pursuant to a lawfully obtained prescription.
