Assembly ProcedureDUE TO THE WEIGHT AND SIZE OF THE TABLE, IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT
(2) PEOPLE ASSEMBLE THE TABLE TOGETHER.
Step 1: Content Removal• CarefullylifttheOGEuroSeriescabinetoutoftheboxandlayitonitstop,placingitonacleanand smoothsurfacetoavoidscratchingthefinish.• Removethelegsfromtheboxandlocatetheaccessorypackage.
Step 2: Leg Assembly• Attachthecurvedlegtothe(1)insidesteelangleironusingthe(2)outsideholesontheplayfield framesides.Attachthelegsusing(1)bolt,(2)washersand(1)nutforeachofthe(4)holeson each leg.*Note:Donottightenthelegboltsyet!• Take(2)legsupportbracesandconnect(1)curvedlegassemblytothesteelangleironthatsupports theplayfield.• Tightenallthelegboltsandsupportbracestocompletethefirstlegassembly.• Repeartheaboveprocesstocompletethesecondlegassembly.
Step 3: Puck Housing• Attachthepuckhousingtotheundersideofthesteelangleironframeusing(2)boltsand(2)washers oneachpuckhousing.• Attachthepuckhousingbracketstothesecondsteelangleironplayfieldsupportwith(1)bolt,(2) washersand(1)nutforeachbrace.

Step 4: Attaching the Blower Motor• Locatetheblowermotor,gasketand(3)mountingbolts.• Placethegasketbetweentheblowermotorandtheairchambersurfacelocatedinthecenterofthe bottomsideoftheplayfield.• Lineuptheholesinthebaseoftheblowermotorwiththepre-drilledholesintheairchamberand tightenall(3)bolts.• Plug the blower motor into the wall.
Step 5: Flip Table Over• Checkthatalltheleglevelersarescrewedallthewayintothelegs.• Carefullyliftupandrotatethetableontoitslegs. *DONOTALLOWWEIGHTOFTABLETOROCKONANYONEORTWOLEGSALONE. *Werecommendthat(2)ormorepeopleliftthetabletogether. Step 6: Manual Scoring Assembly• Locatethetoprailwithpre-drilledholestotheleftandrightoftheelectronicscoringunitarea.• Usingthe(2)scoreposts,(1)scorerodandbeads,attacheachassemblytothisrail.• Theblackscoringassemblycontains(4)blackbeadsand(1)redbeadandshouldbeplacedatone endoftherail.• Theredscoringassemblycontains(4)redbeadsand(1)blackbeadandshouldbeplacedattheother endoftherail.Theoddcoloredbeadsignifiesthefinalpointinagameandshouldbeplacedsothatit isthelastbeadpulledtowardyou.
Step 7: Power the Game• Theblowermotorshouldbepluggedintothewall.
Step 8: Level the Game• Adjusttheleglevelersuntilthepuckfloatstrueontheplayingsurface.• Formorepreciseleveling,usealevel.• Placethelevelhorizontallyontheplayingsurfacepointingtowardsthegoalopenings.• Checkthatallthelevelersarescrewedallthewayinasastartingpoint.• Evenlyadjustehleglevelersononeenduntilyouarehorizontallylevel.• Turnthelevel90degreessoitispointingtowardsthescoringunit.• Evenlyadjustthelevelersononesideofthetableuntilitisverticallylevel.
