PPE and Safety Requirements• All Visitors must notify their point of contact that he/she is on-site and sign in and out at Building 4 each time a person arrives and departs.• Speed limit is 10 MPH• Approved Type 1 Class E Hard Hat• Clear Z 94.3 or Z 87 approved Safety glasses• Hearing protection is required in all production areas of the buildings.• Hearing protection must be worn while conducting task that produce noise of 85db or higher at all times Inside or Outside at the facility. • Safety-Toed foot wear with defined heel. • Overhead Doors are not to be used as personnel ingress/egress into or out of buildings.• Barricade work area with Red or Yellow Tape.

• All Weatherford employees have STOP WORK AUTHORITY !• Shirt tails shall be tucked in.• No Jewelry of any type: Watches, Rings, Bracelets, Necklaces, ETC.• Remove all dangling items from person or belt loops including wallet chains, keys, Etc.• No Food or Open Drink Containers on shop floor. Eat in designated break rooms only.• Obey all Posted Warning, Safety, and Traffic Signs.• Zero Tolerance Policy for Cell Phone usage while driving or operating equipment, power
tools, & machinery on Weatherford Property.• No Chemicals, Fluids, or other Substance are to be brought onto Weatherford Site without
prior approval.• When working from heights of 4 ft. or more a safety harness is required and work area
must be barricaded with Danger Do Not Enter tape. • Face shields are required when preforming tasks that have the potential to produce flying
debris and must be mounted onto an approved hard hat.

• All power tools most be in good working order, grounded by a three prong plug, and guarding must be in use.
• Hand Protection must be worn at all times and the gloves being used must fit the task being preformed.
• Weatherford has a First Move Forward Policy. All vehicles shall be parked in a manner that allows for the first move to be in a forward direction.
• If a vehicle is require to back up a spotter must be present.• All Non-Essential vehicles are to remain in the parking lot. Unless otherwise authorized.• All employees must be properly trained and certified to operate Forklifts, Cranes, and any
other equipment on Weatherford property.• Always keep work areas free of debris and trip hazards.• Additional PPE and Safety requires maybe added depending on task being preformed. • Hot Work, Confined Space, and other work permits maybe issued• If there is any uncertainties about Weatherford’s HSE requirements or permitting, stop work,
and consult Weatherford’s site HSE or a member of the Leadership team.
