From the Principal Our annual Presentation Assembly is one of the highlights of our school year. Yesterday’s assembly provided us with the opportunity to acknowledge exceptional achievements by many of our boys and girls and to share our pride in them with family, friends and community members. Of special note this year were:
Mel McDonald Award for Excellence in Service
Emily Rough John Pattison Mathematics Award Johnny Wu Ben Chifley Achievement Award Sarah Johns It was, as always, an absolute pleasure to be able to announce the names of our student leadership team for 2015. This year, Prefect positions were hotly contested – the standard of applications was outstanding.
Congratulations to: Captains: Lorrye Genobili & Jacob Churchill Vice Captains: Paris Curmi & Lance Somera Prefects: Mikaela Amos, Nergiz Celik, Rhea-Maree Hill, Hannah Labuson, Lachlan Aboud, Troy Filio, Jonathan Moxham and Bona Taiki.
It would be remiss of me at this point not to acknowledge our 2014 Prefects & Captains for their exceptional work. They did a fine job of leading yesterday’s as-sembly, one of their last formal duties for the year. Thank you to: Justice, Jessica, Zane, Divina, Natarlia, Monique, Jade, Emily,
