Invitation  to  the  Formation  of  Angel  Investment  Group

College   Hill   Alliance   is   hosting   the   formation   of   an   angel   investment   group   in  Macon.   Angel  investors   provide   capital   for   the  development  of   business   ideas   and  products,   the   startup  of  new  companies  and  the  growth  of  emerging  business  ventures.  They  also  provide  funding  for  product   development,   market   research,   business   plan   development,   recruiting   management  personnel  and  early  production.

Angel   investors  are  high   income/high  net  worth   individuals,   typically  with  at   least  a  $200,000  annual  income  or  a  net  worth  of  over  $1  million,  who  are  willing  to  collectively  assume  the  risks  associated   with   financing   seed   stage   and   start-‐up   businesses.   The   Macon   angel   investment  group  will  have  an  open  investment  focus,  with  an  emphasis  on  making  seed  financing  available  to  entrepreneurs  starting  or  relocating  promising  businesses  in  Macon.
