MANAGING YOUR SOLAR LEADS
Your SolarGrid home page includes easy-to-view icons that highlight the specific phase of yours and your team’s leads and will give you a quick glance of how many providers the lead has been submitted to as well as the latest event related to each lead.
Check your Powur back office daily and follow up with your customers. Staying connected to their process helps it go smoother and enhances the chance of progressing to a solar installation.
Advisors can ONLY call our solar providers to conduct Live Transfers. Do not call providers for updates on your leads or to ask general questions. Check your SolarGrid for lead status updates.

Also, please remember that the solar provider employee on the other end of the line is a valued partner of Powur. If there is a challenge or issue to overcome, work together with our solar partner to solve it. Rudeness and/or derogatory comments made by a Powur Advisor is a violation of Powur’s Compliance Policies and Procedures as are calls made to providers other than Live Transfers.

What Powur is going to need, in order to get you a formal proposal, is a clean copy of a recent electric bill. By providing your bill, [Company Name] will design a system to replace most or all of the energy you bought from the dirty energy grid last year with cleaner, cheaper energy. Are you in front of your computer?”
Walk your customer through these instructions on how to access their utility usage report:
u Find a printed copy of your electric bill, snap a picture of it with your phone and email it to me.
u If you don’t have a printed copy of your bill, you can go to your Utility Company website and download your bill from there.
u Once logged in, click on “View Bill,” which opens a pdf copy of your most recent bill;
u Download your bill with full 12 months of information, and email to me at [Your Email].
When you gather the utility bill image, log into the Powur platform, go to the Solar Grid section and attach the file to the “Qualifications” section. The utility bill image will be sent to the solar provider, along with your homeowner’s information, when you submit.
