CONCLUSION: It shows that there are very less unsatisfied users of apple products.
Users who are using apple products are either very satisfied or satisfied or neutral.

shows that quality of Apple products are much better than the other companies
products .
This is because technology of apple products is much advance than other products, user

LIMITATIONS: The survey covers only a small percentage of the total
population from the hardware and software users.
The major obstacles with which I had crop up was
limitation of time and entire study has been completed in ashort time span of 55 days ( in near about two months
time).
Although every care has been taken to make sure that the
research is accurate to the highest degreebut still a slight possibility of errors
cannot be ruled out.
