2016
Verallia needed to move from São Paulo to other state in Brazil. INDI managed to find a suitable land for the company and enabled the construction of all the necessary infrastructure (power line, gas pipeline, water and sewage, road access).

GOVERNMENT
ADMINISTRATIVE CITY
The Minas Gerais Government built the Administrative City to concentrate a large part of its activities, with more than 16 thousand employees.
The architectural plan of the Administrative City was elaborated by the renowned Oscar Niemeyer and was completed in February 2010. The construction was funded by the Minas Gerais Economic Development Company (CODEMIG).

SHARED SERVICES CENTER
In 2014, a Shared Services Center started being installed in Minas Gerais Administrative City (CAMG) by the Secretary of State for Planning and Management (Seplag) in 40 organs and entities housed in the CAMG.
The SSC is part of the Programa EstruturadorDescomplicar – Minas Inova, which has been implementing de-bureaucratization and simplification of public administration procedures, facilitating state relationsinternally and also with citizens and companies.
The government's expectation with the Center is to save R$ 16 million per year. The SSC carries out execution of expenses, management of
purchases, assets and travels.
IATE TENIS CLUBE
RECREATIONAL CLUBS IN BELO HORIZONTE
A member of the PampulhaLagoon's architectural complex, the Iate Tenis Clube is one of four works designed by Oscar Niemeyer in the early 1940s. It has volleyball, shuttle and tennis courts, , four swimming pools, two lounges and a unique view to the Pampulha Lagoon. 4,000 members.
JARAGUÁ COUNTRY CLUB
It covers an area of 94,000 square meters and has 17,000 members.
CRUZEIROThe Cruzeiro Country Campus began construction in the late 50's. Three football fields, seven swimming pools (one of them Olympic), bocce gymnasium, bowling and pizzeria, besides the dozens of courts, are some of the attractions distributed by the 55,000 square meters in the Pampulharegion. 22,240 members.
RECREATIONAL CLUBS IN BELO HORIZONTE
MINAS TENIS CLUBReference in sports training in the country, Minas has more than 1 000 federated athletes and offers sports courses in 23 modalities. Minas I unit stands out for its large leisure structure, with outdoor pools, semi-Olympic indoor pools and several sports courts, as well as parking for 600 vehicles. Minas II, Minas Country and Mines Nautical are also part of Minas Tennis Club. 75,000 members.
LABAREDAIn an area of 35 000 square meters, next to the Airport of Pampulha, the Labareda is an important patrimony of Atletico. It has shuttlecock and futsal gymnasiums, volleyball courts and society soccer field. In addition, there are four swimming pools, pool and men's and women's saunas. 9,000 members.
PAMPULHA IATE CLUBE
Created 55 years ago in Pampulha. Its structure gathers five pools and dozens of courts, twelve of them only for tennis. 14,000 members.

INHOTIMInhotim Institute is home to one of the most important contemporary art collections in Brazil and considered the largest center of outdoor art in Latin America.
ESTRADA REALThe Estrada Real (Royal Road) is the country's biggest touristic route. More than 1,630 kilometers in length, it passes through Minas Gerais, Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo. It was the formal Portuguese route for transportation of gold and diamonds from Minas to the ports of Rio.
GRUTA DO MAQUINÉDiscovered in 1825 by the farmer Joaquim Maria Maquiné, the Gruta do Maquiné is an underground cave considered a cradle of Brazilian paleontology. It has seven halls and beautiful architectural forms carved by water for centuries. Located in the city of Cordisburgo, 120 km from Belo Horizonte.

OURO PRETO
Ouro Preto is a historical city and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The old Vila Rica was capital of Minas Gerais. It is located 96 km from Belo Horizonte.
TIRADENTES
Famous for its historical and cultural wealth, Tiradentes also offers excellent attractions for those interested in ecotourism, arts and gastronomy. The city is located less than 200 km from Belo Horizonte and the most common access is by highways.
PAMPULHA MODERN ENSEMBLEThe Pampulha Modern Ensemble was the centre of a visionary garden city project created in 1940 at Belo Horizonte. Designed around an artificial lake, buildings by architect Oscar Niemeyer, in collaboration with innovative artists. Comprises bold formsthat exploit the plastic potential ofconcrete, while fusing architecture, landscape design, sculpture and painting.
