The Aria Denver Community is a collec�ve of organizers, developers, and residents who want an environmentally sustainable living community. The Sisters of St. Francis, the former owners of the Aria Denver property, believed in crea�ng posi�ve impacts for Denver, CO.
Aria Denver con�nues the Sisters’ beliefs with homes that are designed by premier green-living architects, drought-resistant plant life for landscaping, and ensuring each building is thoroughly inspected to be Energy Star Cer�fied.
Aria Denver isn’t alone in its desire for sustainability. The Chaffee Park-Re-gis neighborhood was named “Outstanding Sustainable Neighborhood” in 2014 and con�nues to organize workshops, projects, and events that improve lifestyles and reduce environmental impact. The Chaffee Park-Re-gis neighborhood con�nues to evolve and grow especially with the addi-�on of the Aria Denver Community.

Community for the People
Aria Denver encourages communal wealth and health. To aid in this, Regis University created the Cultivate Health program to provide healthy living practices. Physical activities and healthy food diets will be available, for free, to Aria Denver residents through Regis coordinated events and classes.
There will also be a wide variety of community resources aimed at keeping the community connected and healthy including dedicated bike lanes within the neighborhood, fresh produce delivery, and even exclu-sive gym discounts.

The Sister Gardens, named in honor of the Sisters of St. Francis who represented and served the site since 1938, are a collec�on of permacul-ture pocket gardens, community plots, and a one-acre produc�on garden, all located within the Aria Denver Community. There is also a 1,800 sq � greenhouse that features yearlong produce. Both the Sister Gardens and the greenhouse in the Aria Denver Community are operated by Ground-work Denver.
Front Line Farming, a local non-profit organiza�on, also grows, distributes, and sells over 8,000 pounds of produce per year in the Sister Gardens. Their growing opera�ons serve both as educa�onal opportuni�es to community residents and produc�on farms as Front Line aims to enrich the community as much as possible.
With urban agriculture partners like UrbiCulture Farms and Groundwork Denver, this healthy community ini�a�ve offers an incredible produce delivery service that operates all year round. Enjoy the most fresh and crisp leafy greens and juicy vegetables without ever having to visit the produce sec�on in a grocery store again.
Many of the educa�on programs help improve and supplement Aria Denver’s health-conscious residents by reducing the distance from farm to plate. Front Line Farming’s produce makes edible landscapes that are distributed through several outlets like their Healing Food Program, Pay What You Can Farmstands, Restaurant Sales, and a community supported agriculture at Call to Arms Brewery.
Aria Denver’s partnership with Regis University’s Center for Food Systems and Community Health allows for gardening and nutri�onal health classes to community residents as well as to students that visit the gardens.
Aria Denver has trusted names like Bicycle Colorado to provide bicycle safety repair and urban cycling classes, further promo�ng healthy lifestyles for a health-conscious community. Along with WalkDenver and Trust for Public Land, a 3.7-mile wellness trail is also being plo�ed and ou�i�ed with signage for community use.
These are just some of the many ways the Aria Community wants to promote a sustainable community and sustained residents.
