Using the results from the ACIC we created a list of priorities we wish to work on

Training
IEPCP had previously conducted a survey of training needs in the Eastern Region. Through their needs analysis they have created a training calender that encourages organizations to upskill staff in CDM
We had 7 staff trained in Health Coaching through the IEPCP training program
We had another 6 staff trained in Motivational Interviewing through the IEPCP training program

Practicalities
Develop a process of using TRAK – electronic health record to record the new service
Need a name for the new program Each clinician is allocating 1
appointment slot per fortnight After attending group clients will be
offered one free Health Coaching appointment
Held a sharing session of all trained staff to use the same processes/paperwork
