1. INTRODUCTION
In this work our group will talk about the atmospheric pollution, the air pollution, the causes , the consequences, and in the end we will do a little conclusion of the work.

2. ATMOSPHERIC POLLUTIONAtmospheric pollution refers to changes in the atmosphere which may cause impact in environmental or human health through contamination by gases, solid particles, liquid matter, biological material or energy.
![Page 5: Atmospheric pollution](https://reader035.vdocument.in/reader035/viewer/2022062709/5590511a1a28ab5f6d8b4585/html5/thumbnails/5.jpg)
2.1.1. GREENHOUSE EFFECT The greenhouse effect is the process
that occurs when a portion of infrared radiation emitted by the surface is absorbed by certain gases in the atmosphere. As a result, the heat is retained and is not released into the space.

2.1.2. ACID RAINS Acid rain is the name given to rain or
any other form of precipitation, whose acidity is substantially greater than that resulting from atmospheric carbon dioxide dissolved in water precipitated.

2.2. CAUSES The industrial activity and road traffic
occupy arguably the first in air pollution, although to varying degrees depending on the type of industries. The basic industries are usually the most damaging in terms of release of fumes and gases more or less toxic.

2.1. CONSEQUENCES The degradation of the ozone layer, which
is our protective against of solar radiation can cause, among many other problems, skin cancer humans, increased ophthalmic problems (cataracts) and also kills plant and animal which means from longer a threat interaction and survival of living beings on planet Earth.

3. WHAT TO DO TO AVOID ATMOSPHERIC POLLUTION. Installation of devices in factories
(catalysts) that retain the fumes and gases, and they may even be reused as energy sources.
Use of alternative technologies, or different technologies that reduce energy consumption, make the industry less polluting and value waste;
Application of Catalysts in all new cars so as to reduce the maximum some dangerous industrial chemicals
