adaptive cruise assist and its combination of adaptive cruise control and active lane assist. Emergency assist will

issue warnings when it detects driver inactivity and if necessary can slow the vehicle to a complete stop in a controlled

manner. And if Audi connect emergency call & service² with remote services³ is also installed, an emergency call will

be made when required. The surround view cameras, intersection assist and many other assistance systems provide

support when entering and exiting parking spaces, manoeuvring, turning off at junctions and in many other situations.

01_ Ski and luggage box – available in brilliant black or platinum grey. Choice of sizes – 300 l, 360 l and 405 l. Can be used only in

combination with the separate carrier unit. Roof box bags – specially designed to fit the ski and luggage boxes, with waterproof

base. Available in three sizes: S (43 l), M (76 l) and L (82 l). Cast aluminium wheels – in 5-arm falx design, size 10 J x 22, gloss

infotainment with customer’s own SIM card

Use of the services supported by Audi connect is possible only in conjunction

with an optional navigation system and Audi connect (including car phone

– depending on the vehicle model). In addition, depending on the vehicle

model, you will require a SIM card with data option and with LTE option to

use LTE¹ – with car phone, a SIM card with telephone and data option or a

Bluetooth-capable smartphone with remote SIM Access Profile (rSAP)². The

services are available only with an existing or separate mobile phone contract

and only within the range of the respective mobile phone network. Depending

on the terms of your mobile phone contract, additional costs may be incurred

when receiving data packets from the internet – particularly when used

abroad. Due to the high data volumes involved, a data flat rate is strongly

recommended.

The availability of the services supported by Audi connect navigation &

infotainment varies from country to country. The services are generally

provided for at least 1 year from vehicle delivery. If Audi connect services

are based on services from third-party providers, permanent availability

cannot be guaranteed as this is the responsibility of the third-party provider.

the price of Audi connect services. The data connection for the Wi-Fi hotspot,

for the use of the online and hybrid radio services, for audio streaming via

Amazon Alexa integration and online media streaming as well as for further

services provided through an Audi smartphone app is not included. The data

connection for the Wi-Fi hotspot, for the use of the online and hybrid radio

services, for audio streaming via Amazon Alexa integration and online

media streaming as well as for further services provided through an Audi

smartphone app is established via the SIM card permanently installed in the

vehicle and a paid data plan from the Audi provider. You will find information

Alternatively, an external customer SIM card can be inserted into the card

slot to establish a data connection. In conjunction with the optional Audi

phone box, a Bluetooth-capable smartphone with remote SIM Access Profile

(rSAP)² can also be connected to use the integrated car phone function. If

an external SIM card is inserted into the card slot or connected via rSAP,

all data connections, for both the Audi connect services as well as for the

Wi-Fi hotspot, will be established via this external SIM card. In such cases,

the costs incurred are billed exclusively to the external SIM card account.

vehicle tracking system

The services are provided via a SIM card installed in the vehicle. The costs

of calls and data connections are included in the price of the services. The

services provided by Audi are available only within the range of the mobile

phone network of the mobile phone provider chosen by Audi. The Audi

connect services emergency call, online roadside assistance, Audi incident

assistance and Audi service request are provided for 10 years from vehicle

delivery. Ask your Audi partner about availability in different countries and

availability dates for Audi connect services.

The provision of the pan-European emergency call in the vehicle complies

with the requirements of the legal standard. The pan-European emergency

call is available from vehicle delivery for an indefinite period of time. Each

individual country is responsible for providing the infrastructure for receiving

the pan-European emergency call. If required, the additional function of Audi

connect emergency call can be deactivated by your Audi partner.

Additional note:

Disruption to the services may occur due to force majeure and official

orders as well as technical or other measures carried out on the systems

of AUDI AG, suppliers or network operators to ensure their proper function

(e.g. maintenance, repairs, system-related software updates, extensions).

AUDI AG will make every reasonable effort to end such disruption as quickly

as possible or to work towards a resolution.

Important note

Special information about the wheels: Aluminium wheels with gloss turned or gloss milled finish as well as polished

or partly polished aluminium wheels must not be used in wintry road conditions. For manufacturing reasons, the

rim surface does not have sufficient corrosion protection for such use and can be damaged permanently by road

salt or similar.
