Spring feature: "Food and drink across Australia" Two in-‐depth articles per week will tackle issues around food supply distribution, food service, alcohol
laws and the issues Australian food service folk have.
Summer feature: "Alfresco" This Tourism News campaign will analyse the benefits and challenges that outdoor eating and drinking have on local
government areas; it will compare states, territories, and council areas, with the goal of collating data for the benefit of tourism operators.
