AUTHORITY
“Authority is the right to order or command and is delegated from the superior to the subordinate to discharge his responsibility.”
Features:- Authority is the right or power to command and control
the subordinates. It is granted to a position for the achievement of
organisational objectives. The authority may be exercised through persuasion or
sanctions.
Line authority:- individuals in management positions
have the formal power to direct and control immediate
subordinates.
Staff authority:- granted to staff specialists in their
area of expertise.
TYPES OF AUTHORITY

Wide network of more than 905 branches and extension centers and also bank has a network of 3894 ATMs all over India.

The branch of axis bank was open on 3rd sep 2002.
The branch is located at Napier town near bus stand, Jabalpur.
Presently the bank has 50 employees, including 1Branch Head, 4 Managers and 2Dy.managers.
Axis bank is at the No.1 position in Jabalpur.
