telecommunications and trans+ortation- the orld seems to ha*e shrun, and is
often referred to as a /)lo0al *illa)e1. his led to the +roliferation ofultinational com+anies in the )lo0al economy today. 4ne of the most
im+ortant resources for 56s is their human resource. 56s that ha*e
o+erations in di7erent countries need to mana)e their human resources from
