POLICIES & PROCEDURESPRE-ORDER MENU, GAME DAY MENU &ORDERING PROCESSDelaware North Sportservice offers a Pre-Order Menu which includes (1) an expansive list of menu offerings and (2) pre-event pricing for any orders placed by the Pre-Order deadline. To ensure that we are able to meet your food and beverage requirements, we request you place all Pre-Orders by at least two (2) business days, by 4pm, prior to your event date. Unless otherwise noted in our menu, all Pre-Order food and beverage will be ready for you and your guests at gate opening.
If you miss the Pre-Order Menu deadline, you may place your order from the Game Day Menu. You may submit a Game Day order form in advance and it will be processed once the gates open on the event day. You may also opt to order from the Game Day Menu upon arrival in your suite. We ask that you allow 30-45 minutes for preparation and delivery of Game Day Menu items. Time may vary depending on the item.

a. Go to www.dncguestreserve.comb. Select Oriole Park at Camden Yards from the drop-down optionc. Enter your suite number and password (If you have misplaced your password, please call the Suites Administrator. DNC Sportservice will only provide the password to your appointed Suite Administrator.)
2. Email the Suites Administrator at [email protected]. All orders will receive an order confirmation. Please contact your Suites Administrator immediately should you need to modify your order.

All beverages and snack items will be available for your enjoyment upon your arrival in the suite. To ensure the quality and presentation, entrées will be delivered a half hour before the first pitch, unless otherwise requested. Food and alcoholic beverage orders will end at the 7th inning. Soda and water services are available throughout the entire event.

POLICIES & PROCEDURESADMINISTRATIVE CHARGE & SALES TAXA standard administrative charge of 18% plus administrative tax and other local applicable taxes will be added to all food and beverage orders. The administrative charge is not intended to be a tip, gratuity, or service charge for the benefit of employees and no portion of the administrative charge is distributed to the employees.
Prices do not include Maryland State Sales tax, 6% on food and non- alcoholic beverages and 9% on all alcoholic beverages.
METHOD OF PAYMENTIt is required that all suite holders provide a credit card when placing their food and beverage order. Suite holders who are here more than once will need to set up an account with a major credit card and a contact person for all their food and beverage orders. The suites office will keep this information on file for its authorized use within the guidelines of PCI compliance. All food and beverage orders will be charged to this credit card. The suite holder is responsible for any food and beverage orders placed for your suite. At the end of the event, the designated suite host will be presented with an itemized bill detailing all food and beverage purchases charged to the credit card account. This signature confirms receipt of the listed items and authorized payment. If you would not like a bill to be presented to the host, a written statement pre-authorizing the charges is requested to keep on file for our records in the Suites Office.
It is the suite holder’s responsibility to provide us with updated credit card information. A suite guest may also use their personal credit card for payment of food and beverage orders. The methods of payment accepted are: Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express.
CANCELLATIONSShould you need to cancel a food or beverage order, please contact our Suites Administrator at (410) 843-7882 at least 24 hours prior to the event. Full price will be charged to the bill for all cancellations within 24 hours of the event. In the event a game is cancelled prior to ballpark gates opening, all pre-ordered food and beverage will be automatically cancelled. The suite holder will not be charged for their preorder catering. If the game is called after the gates have been opened, all pre-ordered food will be served and the suite holder is responsible for all their food and beverage charges.
FOOD ALLERGIESIf you or your guests suffer from a food allergy or sensitivity, please contact the Suites Administrator at (410) 843-7882. Please keep in mind some of the ingredients used in our offerings originate in facilities where common food allergens may be used.

POLICIES & PROCEDURESDIETARY RESTRICTIONSIn the effort to meet the needs of our guests, the Orioles Suite Menu is designed to provide a wide array of choices. Please see the list of gluten free and vegetarian options listed on the nutritional information page at the back of the menu. If you or your guests adhere to dietary restrictions that cannot be met, please contact the Suites Administrator at (410) 843-7882 who will meet with our Suites Chef in an effort to accommodate those restrictions.
KOSHERThe Baltimore Orioles and Maryland Sportservice understand the need for Kosher food to be provided for you and your guests. A $350 Kosher Fee will be applied to any suite that brings in or caters through a Kosher caterer. It is the suite holders responsibility to provide a form of payment to suite attendant upon arrival. Maryland Sportservice recommends the Knish Shop to handle all of your Kosher needs. Knish Shop (410) 848-5850.
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGESMaryland state law prohibits the sale of alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of 21. Therefore, all fans under the age of 30 should be prepared to show proper identification and proof of age when purchasing alcoholic beverages at Oriole Park at Camden Yards. We reserve the right to check for proper identification and refuse service to a person that appears to be intoxicated. To ensure a safe and enjoyable time and to maintain compliance with the rules and regulations of the state of Maryland and Oriole Park at Camden Yards no alcoholic beverages may be brought in or removed from your Suite, at any time. All alcohol sales end at the bottom of the 7th inning or 3 hours after scheduled first pitch; whichever one comes first.
BEVERAGESSpecial brand requests of liquor, beer, wine, soda or mixers must be ordered 72 hours in advance with Suite Administrator to ensure delivery. Some restrictions or added charges may apply.

POLICIES & PROCEDURESBEVERAGE PAR STOCKS (HALF OR FULL SEASON SUITES)We strongly recommend you establish a beverage par stock to be kept in the suite at all times. The Suites Administrator can help create a set ‘par’ of beverages offered in the suite during events. After an event, your inventory will be replenished accordingly to bring your beverages back up to par, and the difference will be charged to your account the next day. Unfortunately, predetermined packaging of certain items (i.e. six-packs) cannot be sold on a per-can or bottle basis. The following guidelines will be used when restocking a beverage par:
·Liquor or other spirits: bottles have one third remaining·Wine: bottles are less than half-full or missing a cork·Mixers or juice: bottles are less than half-full or expiration date is approaching·Beer, soda & water: packs have three or less cans/bottles per six-pack
If at any time you have questions regarding the liquor restock system or feel that you are missing an item, please feel free to contact the Suites office.
DESSERT CART & FINE SPIRITS CARTThe Dessert cart and Fine Spirits cart may be requested when placing advanced orders and will be available during the event.
PERSONALIZED SERVICESDelaware North Sportservice would be delighted to assist you in planning any special functions in your suite. Please allow our Suites Administrator to assist you if you should need flowers, china, glassware, linens, celebration cakes, ice carvings, etc. During events, Suite Attendants will take additional orders and deliver your food and beverages.
If you wish to entertain with china, silverware, glassware or linens, our Suites Administrator will be happy to quote prices and arrange for rental. Should you desire special in-house host/hostess assistance or bartender services, we will be happy to provide you with the staff at a cost of $150 per attendant per game. When ordering a private server or bartender, a 72-hour notification is required.
