Amend the Barr Hammock management plan to reflect the date and details of the facilities (including a schedule for an accelerated trailhead opening for the primary trailhead.)

BoCC Directive #2:
Bring back recommendation from staff and the Land Conservation Board to be generally applicable to any publically accessible passive park that will provide a menu of buffering and security options including fences, gates, vegetative buffers, and signage. These will be considered on a case-by-case basis in cooperation with adjacent landowners and as budgets allow.
