• 3-4 Cups purified water• 1 Cup Greens of your choice (kale, mixed red/green salad lettuce, spinach )• 2 bananas (or avocado) • 2 Cups chopped apple• 1 Cup strawberries• ½ Cup Blueberries• ½ Cup mango (or pineapple) • 2 dates (pitted)• 2 Tablespoons ground flax seed

• COMBINE WATER, GREENS AND FLAX SEED IN BLENDER. BLEND WELL• ADD REMAINDER OF THE INGREDIENTS AND BLEND WELL• MAKES 2 QUARTS. WILL KEEP FOR 3 DAYS IN THE REFRIGERATOR•
