2. Bicycle Exercise by getting in a sitting position while on your back on the floor. 1 3. Bring the shoulder off the floor and your knees towards your chest. 2 4. Then slowly bring your right knee and your right elbow to meet at the middle while the left legs is straight. 3 5. Do these on the opposite limbs as well, bring your upper body back with a rotation and the legs in a peddling motion. Do 12 to 16 repetitions of 3 to 4 different sets. 4 6.
