Prima-Series KPE
Features / Advantages and Benefits:• Single application KPE comes with an integrated
cooling. The cooling and the control medium can be connected either via the mold plate (VF) or directly (VD). The compact structure facilitates installation / removal and prevents installation errors
• The nozzles can be controlled either pneumatically or hydraulically

Fuchslocher valve gate nozzle Fox 48 CH A and CP A
Features/ Advantages and Benefits:• The active needle pull-back function enables a controlled
opening independent of the injection pressure and a free melt flow. This ensures fault-free components and continual production. Needle movement is always guaranteed.
• The flanged operating unit makes the nozzle immidiately ready for use. Only the operating medium (hydraulic, pneumatic) and the cooling water need to be connected. This spares you extensive adaptation and avoids errors.
This is PSG‘s first machine shut-off nozzle with active needle pull-back. The valve pin is controlled by a flanged control unit. The nozzles are available in hydraulic, Fox 48 CH A, or pneumatic, Fox 48 CP A, makes.

Gate diameter selection for
• Ring gate R, RX, RC, DR, DRX, DRT• Open gate O, DO• Valve gate NZ, DNZ, X1, X2
- By gating on a sub-runner the diameter can be enlarged about 0,5 mm.- For needle shut-off gates NZ, DNZ as well as x1 and x2 the diameter can be chosen about 0.5-1.0 mm larger. Please watch the wall thickness of the article.
The gate diameter selection includes only general recommandations based on our stress analysis and years of experiences. For this data we can´t give a guarantee because our products are just a part of the manufacturing process. Please contact us in borderline cases.
