1. Navigate to “Subscriptions”.

2. Name form & select email lists.Select “Regular Web Form” and
name form.
Select lists that this form sends signups to.
Click “Create subscription web form”.
3. Add general information. Name of subscription form autofills.
Add “Web form title” & “Subtitle” & “Save”.
4. Add image to form (optional).Navigate to “Form
Builder” and click on “Add webform image” in upper-right corner.
“Browse”, select image, click “Upload”.
Image appears. Click “Save this form”.

5. Add additional signup fields.
Collect more information about subscribers by adding fields to subscription form.
Drag & drop standard fields or create a a custom field in the “Custom Fields” tab. When done, click “Save this form”.

6. Select confirmation type.Navigate to “After
Submit”. Select confirmation type.
With “Single Opt-In”, subscribers are instantly added to email list when they subscribe.
With “Double Opt-In”, subscribers must confirm subscription by clicking a link in a confirmation email.

7. Customize subscription message.
•Customize text with preferred message & instructions in “Form submit feedback page”.
•Message is displayed on site to users after they click “Subscribe”.
