Business Development Manager
You will be reporting directly to the Country Manager and will be assigned at the Sodexo On-Site Services Philippines, Inc. Head Office.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify business opportunities including strategic alliances in the corporate industry
Manage cost-effectively promotional projects related to Integrated Facilities Management ser-vices industry, as agreed with the Country Manager
Maintain constructive rapport with existing corporate clients so as to continue the business rela-tionship
Manage the sales process, during client meetings, site visits, due diligence, tender briefings, con-tact negotiation and contract handover in an ethical, professional and efficient manner
Provide Country Manager with accurate, regular monthly reporting in accordance with the set proforma
PROFILE
Minimum of five (5) years or more experience in similar capacity
Excellent leadership and motivational skills
With customer service and profit focus
Working knowledge of relevant industry trends, competitors and legislations
Proven problem solving abilities
Effective communicator
Ethical attitude to business
Ability to work in a demanding environment and cope with the demands of travel and tight dea-dlines
