"We focus on the following critical questions that drive our continuously improving learning community:
1) What do students need to learn?
2) How do we know that they have learned?
3) What do we do when students are not learning or have already learned a concept?
Simple questions that lead to a profound education for each and every student " - Dr. Pechura, Superintendent

Grafton - Talking to 15 seniors in the Advanced Auto class at Grafton High School, it's clear that they share a passion for mechanics with their veteran instructor, Carl Hader.
Jack Dolan said he recently learned when visiting several technical colleges that "there will be four or five jobs waiting for you" after completing a two-year auto mechanics degree.
"You have to be smart. You have to be literate" in explaining to the customer the repairs that have been done, said senior Cody Delveaux.
"If you're not committed to being a lifelong learner, you won't be an automotive technician. There's not a system that's not changing."
