What is the h5-index?The h5-index of a journal is defined as the largest number h, such that h articles published in the last five years have at least h citations each.The h5-index of the Journal of Communication as of 2015, is 40.

Motivation:What are researchers in the field of Communication talking about? What are the most prominent words in the most cited publications of the flagship journal of Communication in the recent past?To answer this question we turn to a commonly used metric used to measure both, the productivity and scholarly impact of a journal: the h5-index.
