CALL is the learning involving the utilisation of the computer, usually by means of an interactive computer system, which the students are and the computer can interact each other. Develop a CALL program, we need some steps such as: initial planning, determining objectives, choosing types of the programs, selecting materials, choosing software, determining task and designing structure of the program.
Principles to be considered in developing CALL program such as: interactivity, usability, content appropriateness, effectiveness and performance.
