Industry
Analysis
Industry Analysis
Description of Industry The child care industry is very large with it having been reported in October 2012 that there are 832,782 daycare centers only in the United States. The child care industry is expected to continue to grow due to the fact that it is something that is always going to be needed. People are going to continue to reproduce and when the economy picks up again people will get jobs and need daycare for their children. The first form of child care began in the 19th century in order to take care of children while their mothers worked.

Management and
Organization
Management and Organization
All our employees are important to keep the business running smoothly and in maintaining a safe environment for the children. They supervise the children and make sure they are in great shape, cook nutritious meals, and keep the environment safe and sanitary for them.
Management and Organization
The first step to finding new employees is to advertise that we are hiring. We will do this by placing ads in the flyer and the local newspaper. In order to apply for a position, you must have obtained required licensing and credentials. After these documents have been submitted we shall schedule interviews for the eligible candidates. Afterwards, we are going to choose the amount of needed employees and hire that many of the previously interviewed candidates who were the most qualified.
Long-Term Goals
Long-Term GoalsIn the future, we are planning on keeping this a “small business” meaning that we want to increase our local business without becoming a franchise. This being because we want to keep the same “feel” for parents and children as when we first began while still making “tweaks” to better care for our customers. We are also hoping to extend our space a bit more so that kids could have more stations to truly enjoy themselves and have a better experience with our services.
Long-Term GoalsIn order to do so, we must begin to advertise our business and begin to receive customers in order to get some type of income. This will soon help extend the area chosen. Unfortunately, it’s not going to be located in different areas so not as many people can leave their children. But, we can help parents schedule conferences with us to assure them that we have the safest environment. The deal is “first come first serve.” But of course, they have to reach requirements first.

NAT’S DAYCARE CENTER!Hello customer,
I am Natalie Estevez, the owner of this fine company. I would like to inform you about our day care. Here at “Nat’s Daycare Center”, we guarantee to provide your child with a safe environment where they shall meet and interact with others. They shall also learn essential things which they should learn in school. (By this I mean tutoring. ) A few of them include mathematics, reading, and how to communicate with their peers. I assure you that your young will feel right at home. But be careful, they might not want to go back with you after ! If you aren’t sure on whether you’d like to leave your child here, speak to myself or another form of administration. We would be happy to help you find your child a wonderful and caring place.
Sincerely,
Natalie J. Estevez
