In order to manage your time effectively and efficiently,
prioritise the importance of tasks you have to do;
organise your time to do them; know what is urgent and what
is important.

1.Identify the goal.
2.Divide the overall job into manageable tasks.
3.Identify an outcome for each task.
4.Calculate a time for each new task.

Planning Study Time -How Long?
A rough starting guide, for every hour in class, you should plan to study for two hours outside of class. Then adjust up or down as necessary.
Plan blocks of time (e.g. 50 mins study followed by a 10 mins break).

Be specific about what you want to accomplish in each study period.
Congratulate yourself when you have accomplished the task.
Re-assess your schedule when you have not.
